I live here, raise my family here, and have spent years building relationships with the local venues, vendors, and business owners who make these events possible.

Instead of spending months researching vendors, comparing quotes, and trying to figure out who to trust from hundreds or thousands of miles away, we’ve already assembled the foundation of your team. We know who works well together. We know who is reliable. We know who understands island logistics. Most importantly, we know who consistently delivers exceptional results.

What’s Included in Full Coordination?
Our Full Coordination packages are designed to manage every aspect of planning, coordinating, and executing your wedding.
This includes planning meetings, timelines, vendor coordination, catering and bar planning, staffing, rentals, floral coordination, setup and teardown logistics, event flow, ceremony planning, reception planning, and the countless moving pieces that come together to create a successful wedding weekend.
We’ll also provide recommendations for accommodations, rental cars, transportation options, restaurants, activities, and other guest resources based on more than a decade of local knowledge. Our planning guides are packed with information designed to help your guests enjoy everything Vieques has to offer.

Guest Coordination Is Available as an Add-On
While Full Coordination includes recommendations and resources for your guests, it does not include direct guest management.
Wedding website creation, RSVP tracking, guest communication, save-the-date management, answering guest questions, collecting travel information, and concierge-style guest services are available through our optional Guest Coordination Package.
Some couples enjoy handling those details themselves.
Others would rather hand us the keys and let our team manage the guest experience from start to finish.
The choice is yours.
What Does a Vieques Wedding Cost?
Our Full Coordination packages start at $8500.
That investment covers the coordination, logistics, staff, florals, rentals, catering, bar, ceremony and photography. These are the core services required to successfully execute a wedding on Vieques.
However, every wedding is different, and the final investment depends on your guest count, venue selection, food and beverage choices, rentals, photography coverage, additional events, and overall vision.
It’s important to understand that our coordination packages do not include venue costs.
On Vieques, many wedding venues also serve as accommodations for you and your guests. Because of this, venue pricing varies dramatically. A boutique hotel buyout, a private beachfront villa, and a luxury estate can have very different price points.
Our Full Coordination packages also do not include:
• Venue accommodations
• DJs and live entertainment
• Elevated floral installations
• Large-scale custom décor
• Guest Coordination services
• Travel booking services for guests
Many couples choose to add some of these services throughout the planning process, while others prefer a simpler celebration.

We’ve planned beautiful weddings across a wide range of guest counts, styles, and budgets.
My goal isn’t to sell you the biggest wedding possible. My goal is to help you create the right wedding for you while making sure you’re spending your money where it will have the greatest impact.

When I first moved to Vieques, I fell in love with everything that makes this island special.
The beaches. The wild horses. The community. The slower pace of life. The feeling that you’ve discovered a place most people never get to experience.
Over the years, I’ve planned hundreds of weddings here, raised my family here, built a business here, and developed relationships with the people who make these celebrations possible.
I’ve also learned something important.
The best weddings aren’t created by having endless options.
They’re created by having the right options.
I’d much rather recommend a vendor I trust than hand you a list of fifty possibilities and wish you luck.
Wedding planning should reduce stress, not create more of it.
That’s the philosophy behind everything we do.
Why We Don’t Offer Day-Of Coordination
One of the questions I hear most often is whether we offer day-of coordination.
The answer is no—and there’s a reason for that.
A successful wedding isn’t created on the wedding day. It’s created during the months leading up to it.
By the time your wedding arrives, we’ve already spent countless hours building timelines, coordinating vendors, confirming logistics, solving problems, creating backup plans, organizing deliveries, and making sure every detail is accounted for.
Stepping into a wedding a few weeks before the event doesn’t allow us to provide the level of service we’re known for, and it doesn’t set our couples—or our team—up for success.
We take tremendous pride in our work. Our reputation is built on weddings that run smoothly because we’ve been involved from the very beginning.
Rather than offering a watered-down version of our services, we’ve chosen to focus exclusively on full wedding planning and coordination, where we know we can provide the experience our couples deserve.
